evoicely

Your Stripe invoices, as valid e-invoices.

For SaaS and subscription businesses that bill with Stripe. Stripe gives you PDFs; your German and Belgian business customers need structured e-invoices instead. evoicely connects to Stripe and, for every finalized invoice and credit note, creates the e-invoice your customer's country expects, checks it with the official validator and delivers it.

The deadlines

PDF invoices stop counting for domestic B2B in more countries every year.

  1. Belgium

Peppol e-invoices required for domestic B2B.

    In force
  2. France

All businesses must be able to receive e-invoices.

    In force
  3. Germany

Issuing required if last year's turnover was above €800,000.

    In 57 days
  4. France

Small companies must issue e-invoices, through an accredited platform.

  5. Germany

Issuing required for nearly all businesses.

A summary, not legal advice. Exemptions apply, for example for German small businesses under § 19 UStG. Our guides link to the official sources.

How it works

  1. Connect Stripe

Sign in with Stripe Connect. There are no API keys to copy and paste.

  2. Invoice as you do now

When Stripe finalizes an invoice or credit note, evoicely receives it automatically. Sales through Checkout or Payment Links without a Stripe invoice can get one too, if you switch that on.

  3. We build and check it

evoicely creates the e-invoice for your customer's country and runs the official validator before anything goes out.

  4. We deliver and archive it

Emailed to your customer if you switch that on, or sent over Peppol for Belgian businesses, with every file and its validation report kept for you to download.

What you can count on

We do

  • Check every file with the official validators (KoSIT for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, the Peppol BIS 3.0 rules) and give you the report.
  • Handle VAT-exempt small businesses too (Kleinunternehmer in Germany and Austria, Belgium's small business scheme): invoices without VAT convert with the exemption note your country's law asks for, and a tax number can replace the VAT ID.
  • Host your data in the EU and keep only what's needed to produce, deliver and archive your invoices.
  • Publish our prices: free for 10 e-invoices a month, then from €19 a month, depending on how many invoices you send. No setup fee. See pricing.

We don't

  • Give tax or legal advice, or guarantee that an invoice is compliant. What's on your invoices is still your responsibility.
  • Ask you to change how you invoice in Stripe.
  • Send you newsletters or sales emails.
