Who we are
evoicely is operated by avirai (eenmanszaak, owner Koen Dercksen), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97665916. This party is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@evoicely.com.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, when you gave consent, and when you confirmed it.
Why: to email you when evoicely is ready to use.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by confirming your address.
How long: unconfirmed signups are deleted after 14 days. Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe, we delete your address from our database. Our email provider keeps it marked as unsubscribed, so that no further email from us reaches you.
We don't use your address for anything else, and we don't sell or share it.
Contact form and email
When you write to us, we store your name (if you give it), email address and message so we can reply. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete messages 12 months after we've handled them.
Website
We don't use cookies or trackers on the public site, and we don't load third-party scripts or fonts. Our web server doesn't keep access logs, so we don't record your IP address when you visit.
We count page views on our own server: per day, how often each page was viewed and, if you followed a link to us, the domain of the website that linked here (or the campaign name in that link). We do this without cookies or scripts. We don't store your IP address or browser details, and the counts aren't shared with third parties. They are daily totals that can't be traced back to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and how people find us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Once the product is live
When you connect Stripe, we process the invoice data needed to create, validate, deliver and archive your e-invoices. That data includes your customers' business and contact details. For that data, you are the controller and we are your processor, under a data processing agreement that will be part of the terms. We'll update this policy before the product launches.
Where data is stored
On servers in the EU, rented from Contabo GmbH (Germany), in a data centre in France. We list every subprocessor here and update the list when it changes.
We send email through Resend, Inc. (USA), from its EU sending region (Ireland). Resend receives the address and content of each email we send, and it stores the addresses of confirmed waitlist signups so we can send the launch email. Because Resend is a US company, transfers are covered by its data processing agreement, which includes the EU standard contractual clauses. We don't track whether you open our emails or click their links.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to hello@evoicely.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
