One price per connected Stripe account, based on how many e-invoices you create each month. Every plan includes all formats: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD (EN 16931). Prices exclude VAT, and there is no setup fee.

Prices exclude VAT. Paid plans are never blocked: if you go over your plan, your invoices still convert. If that keeps happening, we'll suggest a larger plan.

On every plan

  • An XRechnung (UBL XML) and a ZUGFeRD PDF (EN 16931) for every finalized invoice and credit note, checked against the official validation rules.
  • Both files kept for you to download in your evoicely account.
  • Optional email delivery to your customer, with replies going to you.
  • Hosting in the EU.

Questions

  • What counts as an e-invoice? Each finalized Stripe invoice or credit note that evoicely converts counts once. The XRechnung and ZUGFeRD versions of the same invoice count as one. Documents that can't be converted don't count.
  • Do test-mode invoices count? No. Only live-mode invoices and credit notes count towards your plan. To try evoicely on real invoices, start on the Free plan.
  • How does VAT work? Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the Netherlands pay Dutch VAT. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT; the reverse charge applies. Stripe calculates the VAT at checkout.
  • How do I pay? By card, through Stripe Checkout. Plans renew automatically each month or year. You change plans, update your card and download your invoices in the Stripe customer portal.
  • How do I cancel? In the Stripe customer portal, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you're back on Free. We don't refund partial periods. If you disconnect Stripe from evoicely, your paid plan ends at the end of the current period.
  • Do prices change? We tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change. It applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
  • Who can sign up? Businesses only. You sign in with your Stripe account. evoicely is a conversion and delivery tool, not tax advice; see the terms and the data processing agreement.
