1. Who we are
evoicely is operated by avirai (eenmanszaak, owner Koen Dercksen), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97665916. Contact: hello@evoicely.com.
2. What evoicely is
evoicely is a software tool. It converts invoices you create in Stripe into structured e-invoice formats, validates the result with publicly available validation rules, and delivers and archives the files.
evoicely is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Whether an invoice is correct and meets your obligations depends on its content and your situation, and that remains your responsibility. Passing a validator means the file is technically well-formed against the published rules. It does not guarantee that a tax authority or buyer will accept it.
evoicely holds no certification and is not an accredited platform (PA) for French e-invoicing. Peppol delivery runs through a third-party Peppol access point.
3. The waitlist
The waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We may change or drop planned features, formats, countries and prices before launch.
4. Liability
The website, guides and waitlist are free and provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect damage, or for tax assessments or penalties, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The subscription terms will set out liability for the paid service.
5. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
